    I'm almost done school and now comes the decision of picking a good company. I've decided to do flatbed & have narrowed down my companies to Melton and btc.. I've read a lot about both companies. Please recent hires speak your mind and help me make the right choice. I would like to pick a company I can grow with. Don't wanna be jumping from company to company..
