U.S. Xpress (Beech)

Well I just came from J.B. Hunt and I feel proud that I managed to last 3 months. Ever since they started that rail operation crap freight has been hard to get. But now I'm with a dandy company they are U.S. Xpress it is actually Freight Systems but they lease U.S. Xpress trucks I really like this company they are out of Little Rock, AR off I-40 East Exit 157 across the street from the J.B. Hunt Terminal. I get good miles and good pay "38cpm" that is all I really could ever ask for....however I would like in the future to get a regional job that is my only complaint about them they are only otr. I would appreciate if anyone could tell me if there are any good companies out there for that. I have talked to some dedicated swift drivers and they are happy as can be with there runs. I mostly run the south anyway I would just love to get a super south regional run. I'm not gonna lie I only been driving as a civillian truck driver for about 7 months but I like it so far. I drove tankers in the military for 4 years been out about 1 1/2 years.

Roehl Transport is a good company. They have a terminal in Ellenwood, Ga. You can check to see if they are hiring out of your area. Good luck in your career.
