I'm in my second month in prime and very glad I chose prime. Great company I've witness the owner himself in the terminal both times I've been there. Playing basketball Been to two meetings seen recognition on drivers. And current discussions. The owner has a great open policy prime has an outstanding business model and problems they will fix it or find a solution right away. Just don't lie at all. From the examiners to the cleaning staff I met great people very proud and happy to be part of the winning side. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I like that there's incentives and yes I get paid to drive slow I mean look at fuel prices it's smart. I go 55 to 58 often 58. It's not a big deal. Coming from making crap pay as a pharmacy tech I love the open road for now if choose to go local is the only reason I'd leave prime and hey come back if I want. Any questions feel free to hit me up

2 months in this is going to be real good. Keep us updated on your adventures. Over the years I have heard about their business model. Not sure if it makes their drivers any money, but boy oh boy does it make Mr Prime rich.

No I'm a company driver just started my TNT training I just might go TNT training too after 6months of working. You get paid all miles even the trainees miles. But I'll do solo until that gets old. During TNT training I'm gettin 600 a week any thing more is .12 cpm I'll be doing this for 2 months: then I get my own lightweight truck at .41 cpm. If i get a regular truck it's around .36cpm . If you ask me someone who just got there CDL yesterday and had my permit since October that's a pretty #### good start. I'm doing reefer

You honestly think you can train after 6 months. You don't know half of what you need to know at 6 months.

Why does every Prime thread sound like a bad recruiting scheme.

I love the line about it's smart to go slow because of fuel prices. Ummm yeah it's smart for the company. It doesn't take Prime long to get them trained.
