We have worked long and hard to get our scores down. We use paper logs. We are a small company 25 trucks 9 are tractor trailers.

Congrats to the company, and the drivers that work for them.. That is no easy feat, with paper logs but, if you get enough good quality drivers, it can be done. It is all about the hiring process. When you don't just hire anyone with a heart beat, you can find some good drivers. Not always but, it can be done, they are out there.
