I'm considering joining KAG as an O/O out here in Oregon.
Anybody have O/O experience with them?
Just curious if it will be a better deal than just being a company driver.
I see a lot of stuff online about equipment issues, but if I buy my own truck, I wouldn't have to deal with that.

Every area has different circumstances, pay, work expectations ect... So, if you do not already own a truck, or if you have one and its paid for, you might want to sign on as a company driver to get the "inside scoop" for yourself, don't take any ones word for it including me. That being said I have never talked to a happy KAG driver or O/O either one here in the Cincinnati area.
