| Not a Bad company I wish you all the best of luck. I went to Schneider in 99 and had a great time. The classes are top notch and I learned alot. I no longer work there because I had a bad driver manager but that can happen anywhere and is not the fault of the company. best of luck and be safe. |

| I start school up there Oct. 13. You mentioned that it only cost you $900...if you stay for a total of 2yrs, they give you another $1000 bonus. So really it does not cost you anything. Glad to here you two are doing so well. Good luck out there. My problem with the big pumpkin is that their pay is poor. From what I have read on them they are above avg as training companies go, but after you get some experience why drive for .28 a mile when you could easily make much more with the same miles elsewhere?  |

| The pay at the "Big pumpkin" is poor. So after you get experience, I would find someone who pays better. No sense in busting your butt for $.28 a mile when you could get 5 or 6 cents a mile more elsewhere with the same miles. |

| May as well be talking on the CB. A person that does not see eye to eye with someone else does not make them a bad employee. And if no one ever reports a bad apple to the company then the company will never know. 2+2 does = 4, however 17,000 plus team members is alot of members to keep up with, and that bad apple may be the their best or most favorite team member. I was a dispatcher for 7 years and I know how it works. |

[/que ote]i hate to promote a company i dont work for but you can sign with maverick for 6 months and they will help you get your schooling...after 6 months you owe them 0 dollars...they start you out at .35 cpm up to 39.cpm after 6 months thats a huge difference in pay and hometime....wonderman |
