Thumbs up

I'd sure want to know more about PEDRO before I hopped in for 30 days. How long has he been driving much less training? And why the rush to get you going? Did they lose a bunch of drivers? I like adventures as much as anyone, but I am also very meticulous about the details of who I entrust my well being to. Good luck.

Good luck. A friend of mine who is a Lease driver for CRE just stopped by my house (in his Freightliner Classic). He's barely making ends meet, and I showed him this site, but he's too hard-headed and still thinks CRE is a good company. Whatever. What's funny about it, is HE thinks STEVENS is a good company and that's where he wants to go when his lease is up.

So as I read this thread about a CRE driver who avoided bad company Stevens, I hear another CRE driver in my left ear wanting to UPGRADE to Stevens.

Put the two together and they may argue about which company is better when in reality they're two of the WORST! Strange indeed...

It does seem rather futile

Ahhh...The thankless task that is the website blogger. You feel sort of like Jesus when you blog. You can give people all the great info in the world, yet in the end they'll throw rocks down on you.

Some people simply love misery and love wallowing in it. If they didn't have someone kicking them in the teeth and mistreating them, they'd become head cases and lie in bed all day depressed.

It's a wonderful world, is it not?

Yeah I drive a Swift truck
And that means one thing
It means she's slow
It's a typical company truck
It's just all show and no go

I'm gettin' passed by Yella
And even Overnite
I'm gettin' passed by ever' body in sight
46 days on the road
And I'm not gettin' home tonight

No, my hometown's nowhere in sight
And if you think I'm pissed off
You're right
46 days on the road
And I'm not gettin' home tonight

Love pissing off those trucking company insiders.

update on Grandma Debi GOT FIRST PAY from CR England!

Hello!

Just thought it might be a good time to share an update. Pedro's truck ended up stuck in the shop so Grandma Debi went to New York with Harold an ole guy who has been with CR England 8+ years.

Grandma just got first pay! $181

Grandma is now 1/3 complete with the first training phase. She has passed all her computer tests and can drive a full 11 hours.

Currently is traveling by way of Texas to California. and she is still smiling!

Best wishes to all who are encouraging this success story!

Blessings!

Gotta start somewhere I guess, look forward to hearing how this CRE experience works out. I am curious if there are really exceptions at these "BAD" companies such as Swift, JBH, and CRE...

So far I haven't read about any...

BOL!

Bad things can be found in every company. The ones that succeed either overcome the bad or move on to the next company and eventually find happiness..

Now the question that I have is what has come of Pedro? How long has he been sitting at the shop waiting for his truck to be fixed? A better question to that is "how much is he getting paid to sit there?" Oh, yea, CRE pays NOTHING for this. Is he driving a company truck or a lease? If it's a company truck, do you think that it's fair for him to be sitting around waiting for their truck to be fixed without getting compensated for it?

Congrats on your $181 pay check. I guess it only took you about 3 weeks to get that and now the real money will start rolling in. Wait until you get your own truck... your checks will be about the same after running all week.

I'm still wishing you the best of luck... Hope it works out for you.
