| Happy Thursday Morning!!! Know what I love best about being out on the road in this big CR England truck???? SUN RISESSUNSETS Stars in the sky and Big Moons I am watching the words to that old song really happen....... Silver white winters are melting in to spring and guess what I have discovered...... Our country is not so big after all I can cross it in 2 1/2 days and Boston Mass. is BEAUTIFUL at night!!!!! Wow!!!! This CAT program is going good. Peter even follows most of the rules I am learning a lot now! I will be done with CAT on March 7th 1 1/2 weeks to go! I am almost there............. Thank you all for the encouragement that has been sent my way!and please note I found a sparkling clean rest stop near mile marker #68 in Illinois enroute to Missouri (only problem is I am not sure what hwy I was on) Next stop Riverside CA!!!! Blessings to EVERYONE!!! Peace be with you! Grandma Debi |

![]() We know some teams where the wife from our class has already joined her husband who was already employed and together as a team they are doing very well....... As a team we believe we can also do very well. When CAT is over we are going to Colorado to change my license, see my family and my friend (the other grandma Debe who is still home with the grand kids) and hug my grand babies and do taxes then it will be back to Salt Lake again to begin our new career ( no longer wanna bes or students) WE are STRONGLY considering a six months trial demo lease..... I know that all advise says no lease even the other Grandma Debe is saying no lease ...... However, as a team this may be the best option??? I would really like to hear if anyone out there has FIRST HAND experience with a team lease at CRE on a six month demo plan!!!! What do we look for in a truck? What records may be available to us? Thanks again fo the support..... I and most of our classmates are almost there ![]() Blessings! Grandma Debi |

| Check out The Ripoff Report com. England has about 50 or more former lease operators who have reported there. Also Ooida lawsuits against CRE. Many have horror stories to tell. Some have made it work, but many others have lost their shirts, and cars, and houses. Hope it works out for you either way. |

| If you do the lease option with CRE, you're locked into them. If it were me, I'd do a year as a company team. Then, I'd look at leasing from a non trucking company leasing outfit, like a truck dealer. You'd be able to show them a solid year of employment with the same company and a solid year of experience. Then you would be in your own truck, with the options you want, and free to sign on with whomever you choose. Keep your options open as much as possible. Be Safe.

| Good to hear from you Grandma Keep up the good work and positive attitude. I would think leasing from a dealer in order to avoid being locked in. In the end you and Virgil will make the call. How do the classic freightliner drive if you have the opp to drive one. Hunter |

Log lessons with the CAT driver I am with now MUCH BETTER and More Valuable. My instructors/teachers at the CR England school in salt lake were above and beyond awesome. Real life trainers on the truck are a whole other story but that too will pass only 3 weeks or so..... ![]() Trip planning is great!!! My advice is take it one mile and one day at a time..... Stay positive and go with the flow!!!! You can do this-- Best to you!!! Blessings! Grandma Debi |
