The rationale that I came down to before accepting a training position with Swift was that you are building a relationship with the company that you will be driving for from the start. I have an opportunity with a college program that several companies recruit from but they put such a high standard on classroom score if you drop below a 96% they will not hire you and your stuck without that relationship.

Anyway the relationship part was the last and deciding thing for me.

2. If you enjoy sleeping in a metal box, in piss-soaked parking lots, you'll love it!
3. If you enjoy being lied to, disrespected, treated like #### wherever you go, incuding by the company you work for, look no further!

5. Oh yeah, remember you only make money when the wheels are rolling. So when you sit somewhere for 5 to 7 days waiting for a load,...you guessed it, you are doing it for free! Or when you sit at a shipper/receiver for 12 to 24 hours, maybe the whole weekend, bingo, it's all on you pal!
But remember, you are a trucker, this is your chosen career, so enjoy!
SOUNDS LIKE A SUPERTRUCKER HATER WATA JOKE!!
