Swift Is Good

been with swift for one year. this is a good company flat screen tvs in all the terminals been to see them all with recliners the equipment runs and drives and is kept up well you get lay over pay break down pay detention pay and they do pay you all that pay. you get miles economy is kinda slow right now but still get miles i get home and run a little bif of everything. this is a actual driver that is happy at swift and usually if you run 3 weeks you get your home time and plus some if needed. i think at one point in the past they have had problems in the past but they are working those out. i use to work for schnider wont go there. good luck and be safe.

I had heard that Gerry was starting to get it straightened out again.
I have not heard much bad from drivers I have talked to from there for a while

New Swift Driver

I am still in training with Swift. I did the orientaion and now am 4 weeks into the 6 week on road training. It is going well. I like Swift so far. They have kept their promises and have paid me as they promised.

Hopefully they can recruit better trainers for this company because what I have seen out here being displayed by several Swift drivers is not only unsafe but down right rude.

What's Swift flatbed like? I'm a skateboarder but I'm a little antsy about Swift's pay. I like the fact that they give frequent raises starting out, but I'm wondering about the mileage their flatbedders get.

Oh sweet. I did a short stint at TMC, would love to go back, but I think they are a little slow right now.

Is it true that most Maverick tractors are autos?

The newer ones are. There are some 10 speeds still out there. Our freight has slowed as well.
