I was looking at them until Randy turned into a snake, had given notice to the job I had, was all set to roll with Wil-Trans on Oct. 13th then the whole scenario changed. All of a sudden I needed a to be with a trainer for 6 months, current driving experience wasn't enough, etc...Not a word before I gave my notice. Told him thanks but I wasn't going to work with some stranger having my life in his hands for the slave wage of .14 for that long a period. Told him he was full of sheeit and I'd find another company. Before this they had all my info they knew my experience and I was told 30-60 days with a trainer etc....I managed to stumble into another job, union pay and bennies after 120 days here in Philly. I bust my ### but the pay is great. Still would like to go back on the road but I need to find a company that doesn't beat around the bush. I've done so much looking and researching the last year I'm at a loss they all look like ####, Wil-Trans is definately off my list...

I believe I had mentioned in my posts, you may have read, that I believe that Prime uses new guys as cheap team labor, while suggesting the are a solo company.

It seems now Prime has a new tactic, telling people like you to come on board. Then when you quit they spring 6 mos. training on you, thinking your trapped because you have already quit your job. This is a lie, it's fraud. They should be prosecuted for it.

Now it sounds as if you have experienced it yourself.

Thanks for posting your encounter. It provides support for my strong suspicions. It seems like Prime is really a team driving company.

Try the thread in,"report bad companies", "Prime has no respect", #36 by middleman. See what you think of that. Please let me know how it effects you if you don't mind.

Randy told me that even though I already have my CDL, I would still have to train for 15 months for which they charge me $2850 which will come out of my check. WTF!!!!
