HIllbilly,

School in not paid, but lodging and lunch is covered daily. The school is only about 2 weeks, and then your on the road with a trainer and getting paid.

IRAQVET,

It is Company Driver, and Lease Operator. There are happy to have either, and I have felt no preasure to go lease.

Thanks Smooth, How do you pay for school ? Is there a certain amount required up front and then so much per week or all up front?
Thanks for allowing me to peck your mind on this

My husband is finishing up school with Wil-trans right now. So far he hasn't had to pay them anything. He has to stay with them for atleast 15 months. I don't think, but they might have some kind of payroll deduction. We looked at so many different companies with so many differsent ways of doing things that i can't remember whether or not they do.

I called Wil-Trans recruiter today. They seem like a decent outfit. I was taken back by the recruiter in how he was not pushy and let me ask the questions. I was on the phone a good 30mins and he didn't even push for my phone number, address or any previous history of me.
I would like to hear more from your husband and what he likes/dislikes about them.
