Thanks. I'll give him a call tomorrow. I realize they are probably swamped right now with all these drivers looking for work but dang when they tell someone to call em back at least answer the freakin phone!

Well I have had to spend like 2 hours trying to catch up. My local job is going wel...about 14 hours a day - 6 days a week and the pay is good. Russ has called a few times to see if I could move my start date to this month, but a told him I gave my word that I would stay here til the end of May, and he understands....I think. Well Im glad you guys are getting miles. Oh I think I saw JJ in Reading Pa, but I can be sure. Cherry Pete though with a Central trailer. Well if it was HELLO JJ

Rhino is setting in Laredo waiting to deliver at 6am.
He said it's 104 degrees there right now.
He's waiting for the sun to go down.

I am sitting in washington court house OH.
Home of one of those wonderful Walmart DCs.
Sat at the darn shipper for 3 hours today waiting for him to get the load together and get the paperwork. Almost felt like I was in a Reffer again, till I had to tarp it lol.
Headed to Maine. Great paying load, the best we have a contract for that is not oversize. Normally one driver picks it up, brings it to the yard, and another delivers it. Just to spread the wealth. Not this time. Straight run to Newport Maine. 1100 miles, my part is right under 1.00 a mile.
Getting busy here for now, but not looking good for after June 1st.
May have layoffs then, they are hoping the forge will pick up. My wife keeps telling me I need to call my old fleet manager at Central, and see if his offer is still open lol. She is missing the 1000 dollar a week steady pay checks.

The way Central is going though, I do not know if they would even hire back one of there old drivers that is experianced. I have no interest in a lease. Would just want my Kraft run back. I really like being home weekends though. I would personally rather take unemployment for a few months, then back to work. I would cap, so would not be that bad a hit.

Chrome I would love to talk to you about the Kraft runs. 1bad is really wanting to get on one. They are begging for people to run it out of Atlanta. We need more money for us to survive. Just curious as to why you gave it up? We have the understanding that it is good steady money. PM and we can exchange numbers. Again I would love to get the low down from someone that has first hand knowledge of how it truely works!

Then Aaron upgrades and JJ is coming home for some much needed hometime.

He seems to have been gone forever this time!
