When JJ gets home he usually tries to talk for a while and then he spends the first day catching up on sleep.

This time he has been in and had his medical so he is ready to go for another year, had his Laptop fixed and got all his tax stuff together for the accountant.

I was just looking at your Anniversary date and 1bad will be finished around the 4th March, then a few days to upgrade and get his own truck!

The new drivers usually get dispatched home after there upgrade, which means he might not be home on the 19th (Hides after telling Mr's 1bad that)

LOL 1Bad. Wellllllllllllllllll after thinking about it some more, I reckon you could maybe beg ya FM for a trip through home and get a 10hr break in there or maybe a short two days lol.

I know that JJ missed my B.Day and I'm trying to remember if I was out in the truck with him for our Anniversary.

You will miss a lot of things you don't want to miss...........but that's part of being otr and it sucks at times.

I get cranky with it for a few hrs when JJ isn't home when I need him and threaten to call Central but then he calms me down and reminds me I am still on a Permanent Visa and they will deport me if I beat up a load planner Lol.

My hubby wasn't able to be home on our son's 14th b-day this past year. H drew up a 'card', took a picture of it with the cell phone, and sent the picture message to my phone. We did his b-day stuff when dad was home for Thanksgiving, as the kid's b-day is near turkey day.

Just have to get creative on some of the things. It's difficult, but you can work around the stuff!

Sucks about missing the softball games though.

Forget Toronto JJ you better take his ### all the way to the line.!!!!!!!!! LOL This is our 10th and well if he wants an 11th hell find his way back to Tony Drive. Better yet take him to Mexico he does like the food better there! (that's a warning to you being in the truck w/ him too.................lmao). He has to get his permanant license around that time so I'm hoping they will let him come home to handle that and I can see him then. Anyway thanks for letting me in this elite circle of friends it is a good place to vent and laugh and the same time. NOw off the get rid of the kidos and plan for the night alone oh yeah NO BLACKBERRY on tonight JJ ur killing me w/ the 1:00 est email alerts that this site sends when a new post has been made.

It's the weekend so you boys drive fast and swerve. I need the cops to be distracted while I drive by!!!!!!!!!!!

just got a postcard in the mail from TMC trucking stating they want to talk to me about my application i sent in back in november. imight call monday and see what they have to say it might be something to think about after my 28 days with central. from what i understand they pay for your school no matter where you went. and you are guaranteed to be home 46 out of 52 weekends a year. for a guy with a family it sounds tempting even if it is a flatbed outfit.
