My time here is almost up... I can no longer in good conscious direct people to this company.

I can't wait until I'm gone at this point.
6Pak isn't happy either and he has the same FM you do!

Things have changed in the last 6 months, and not for the better!!

In her defense I can say that I really don't believe she is the one to blame for any of it. The planers & KC are the ones really ******* me as of late.

Well the Elusive JJRanch is Checking in. I too am starting to get increasingly unhappy at Central. I will stand by this statement. It is a good company to get started with because of the Cost of the school and the short amount of time it takes to go Solo. Central has Changed in the last year and in my opinion not for the better. I stopped training after this last student and i wont go back to training for 2 reasons. 1. is Jess is going back out with me after home time and i can no longer train for a training Dept i despise because of the two faced double talking that goes on and the screwing of the good trainers while the low life no account trainers get the Students. They talk a good game but thats all it is just talk. Second training has somewhat put a leash on me and i don't like it. I no longer have the leash on me and if a Stupid OTRM Monkey tells me how to back a trailer again i will tell him just where to go. I really like it when these cracker heads who thing they know how to drive and try and tell you how to drive. If that Hispanic looking otrm guy in a black Volvo shirt gets near me he'll have the Peterbilt emblem from my grill tattooed on his forehead and a bald headed trainer Manager who if he died a lot of people would go to his funeral just to p!$$ on his head stone and I'd be one of them. Don't believe the hype and unless you are getting the miles stay away from the lease. So for all of you newbies get the training and the experience and Leave. This is no company to be a Career driver for. Just make sure you cover your 6 while you are here so you can move on to bigger and better things. I have Just under 2 yrs left on the lease and then I, Jess and the Mistress are gone. We will be moving on to bigger and better things. Don't get me Wrong not everything is bad a Central. The OS&D Gals are great a have a good Fleet MGR the Fuel Dept, Safety, Human resources and my payroll clerk so all is not bad just certain departments and certain people. JJRanch.

The problem is that some of the real important departments are the worst ones to deal with.

The only real Gripe we have with Central is the training Department!!

Never have a problem with Payroll, they make a mistake and they fix it when you let them know.

Never been late home for home time except when JJ chose to be because it was a good mileage load!

JJ has a short mileage load now which is OK because his hrs are a bit skinny right now.

Sorry to hear that things have gone to the crapper for ya'll. Will do my best to send good luck your way.

On my way to lovely CT and have an 0900 delivery, I hope. Hard to tell anymore whther a place will be open on Sundays anymore no matter what the load appt. says.

My year is also almost up but think I'm going to stick with my comapny until the economy picks up some more.

Jess, have you sold the house yet or just going to close it up and ride baby ride?

I did exactly what I said. I did the test, then I submitted the TSA clearance online, then I did fingerprints (twice, long story), then I went and got tne endorsement on my license.

if you didn't have to provide birth cert then that's bullsh##. they needed my cert number for the application.

well, heck. guess this is where the story ends, eh?? only 80 more pages to go too, SHEESH.

seems to be a lot of bad deals racking up these days. and i was actually thinking about looking into buying a truck instead of fleecing. was looking at the financing thread on this sight. seems to have some options provided you not shopping around at one of them lots where all there trucks are over the hill already. charging the same price you can buy new.
