I probably saw some of you guys in Fontana too, my truck is going into the shop in the next few days while I'm on hometime so if anything you guys can try and guess which one it is and steal all my stuff out of it. I get back Saturday morning if any of you are still around.

Just talked to 1bad got 2 pre-sets this morning. So this will be the 1st time he comes into town and I don't get to see him. He's dropping at Kraft in Norcross then off to Charlotte, Then deadhead to Newberry and deliver in Columbia MO. So glad they are finally keeping him rolling. Hopefully this is a good sign that he will be home for Christmas!!!!!!!! Let's all keep our fingers cross the kids really want daddy home and they are planning a couple of his favorite treats ( or they think they are his favorite). They gave me a grocery list last night. So daddy if your reading this you better at least pretend they made you the best things since white bread!

Are the new drivers not issued hats anymore? That was always very helpful at a crowded fuel desk. The attendant could just look at the line and see you in your Central had and say,

"Hey, Central! Here's your paperwork and scale ticket."

Was very handy at the weigh stations, too.

Just one of those things that make the day a little easier.

Well knew it was to good to be true. He has been unassigned from all that. Now we are waiting for a pre-set. There was no way he could make it to Charlotte today.

I never got a hat when I upgraded. But I wear my 1 year Central jacket all the time, makes it easy to be identified. Sometimes that's a bad thing

I was at the Pilot in Carlisle, PA on Monday. That's where I got hit. We ended up spending the night in a motel and left the next day.

I try to avoid parking at P-lot's. I'm convinced that they tried to save $$$ by making the parking spots 10% smaller. And my truckstop guide on my iphone never lists how much parking they have available. There's nothing like shooting for that lone P-lot in the middle of nowhere and finding out at midnight that they only have 10 spots.

I've never met a US Express driver I've been impressed with either. Got one parked to my right at the moment. The driver is sleeping in the drivers seat.

Problem, can't get the reefer to set at 28 degrees. 27 was as hi as it would go. Start running around like a chicken with its head cut off, flipping thru menus, checking codes and all that good stuff. Step back, scratch my butt since that must be where my brains went, and really, really looked at things. Something didn't seem quite right but danged if I could figure it out. Called road assist and was talking to them when they told me that the tlr temp was 80 degrees. DING DING DING!!!! Finally figured out the problem. Some jack ### had gone into the microprocessor and changed the temp settings from faranheit to celcius. No wonder I could never get it to 28 degrees.
Jess, You haven't been playing with the refer units, have you?

I'm getting a load that's routing me by the house. Getting authorization for my wife to go on the road with me for a few weeks!!! I'm happy!!!
