Rhino was a L/O for bout 9 months. His 1099 said he made $135,000!
He actually brought home $32,000!
He paid bout $30,000 in truck payments. As a L/O you can run 2-4 loads and still owe Central at the end of the week! Oh, but they make sure their truck payment gets made!!! Central is nothing but a bunch of scammers! That's what they do! When you go in and sign that lease they tell you all the good things and all the money you will make. They sit there and smile and tell you it's such a good decision you have made. While all along they are really laughing REALLY LOUD on the inside! They know good and well when they are looking you straight into the eyes they are lying to you! I am all for anything that can be done to bring Central down and make them run as a legitimate company. But as we know they are big in Utah. They bring in a lot of revenue. Nothing will be done. But I'm a big believer in what goes around will surely come around. And everyone we dealt with personally and lied to Rhino WILL fall flat on their face. And if you're reading this...don't say I didn't tell you

If a driver was to file a claim in court, they could do so in there home area. They would not have to go to Utah.
Thus, home court advantage would be lost.
Same with if you wanted to fight the claims for money they are going after from you for payments. Once it goes to court it is in your area and if they do not show up, then you win.

We have a family and don't have the money to fight Central in court. If we did Rhino would have never left his home to go to work for them. I have been told Central has the best lawyers money can buy. They know what they are doing. Our accountant said she sees this with every trucking company she has dealt with. They don't have to answer to anyone. There is to many of them and to big of industry.

whoa whoa whoa! A west coast fleet!? Does anyone know the details of this? Teams only? Exp. requirement? Etc.
I absolutely HATE the east coast! I would rather drive Los Angeles all day every day than a single load cross country to east country.
