Plus I was never told that I would be forced to let them steal my money. And yes it will be dropped at the end of the year/open enrollment period or I will quit! |

| to: whydontchahey, my 2 cents worth on the pre-tax payment. The IRS only allows changes o the "pre-tax" plan once per year. You usually declare these deductins with your employer in the late fall and they take effect in Jan., for the entire year. It has nothing to do with the fact that the IRS won't allow you to cancel the health plan. Many companies also offer these pre-tax plans where your dollars go into a fund for insurance deductions or child care, dental work etc. Once enrolled in these plans, your pre-tax dollars go into the fund for your use. If not used by a certain time the following year (usually in Jan.), they are gone! |

| The other changes that can be made to these section 125 pre tax arrangements for insurance premiums and spending accounts are changes in family situations ..new child , divorce , marriage ,,,spouse becoming eligible for ins (I think)..these allow terminations and changes in coverage from single to family etc...these are IRS regulations for receiving or paying for the premiums on a pre tax basis...not ROEHL's |

The way I saw it was. I am the consumer. No one is going to force me to continue taking insurance I am not satisfied with. This is 50% of the reason I quit Roehl Transport. I am making more money with my new company.Glad I quit. I brought up the insurance issue with the new company. They agreed that Roehl had set it up that way. The new companies insurane can be started and canceled when I choose. The way it should be. I understand the IRS rules. But it doesn't make them right. |

I paid a weekly amount for insurance.I was not taxed on that money I paid that insurance with. But if I want to fire that insurance company cause they suck. Then I should not be forced to let them steal my money the rest of the year. If I stop paying. Then the coverage ends. The IRS needs to butt out. Because from that action the pre-tax payments have stopped. But Roehl set it up in such a way that I could not stop paying. There policy. So I quit. So glad I did. |

| They don't hire west drivers that aren't experienced, and even then they don't hire many due to the lack of a customer base. The way I understood it is we try to accomodate our current customers' loads heading there, but have no interest in a customer base in the west. |
