Happy? Well, let's not start calling people names (ha) Actually I give their problem solving skills a 3. They're not good at planning ahead, or at thinking on the fly...Most of the time...But in recent months, they are trying and improving some. (actually have better results from night and w/e dispatch solving issues than regular dispatch...which is weird I know) As a company overall, well, they're stable, debt free, and they're pay is above average and is 99.9% correct and on time.(only had 2 payroll screw ups in 5 years, and 1 of those 2 were my fault)

Right now, with the way other companies are cutting back, going out of business or going bankrupt, I have had an epiphany about Crete, and plan on staying around a while. Problems or not, there here to stay for the long term. I would have worse problems if I were working somewhere else.

I need to add 564 miles to this weeks 2206 (2770 total). Was able to tcall my last load in Indy on Mon. night. This was very helpful.

Reloaded Tues. in Elkhart,IN, 160 mile deadhead, dropped it in KC,MO this afternoon (Wed.). Reloaded this pm at same location going to Palestine,TX for an open window d/h which I will deliver Thur. pm. Then it's on to the casa in San Antonio for CHRISTmas with la familia. This will give me 1324 miles in three days.

MERRY CHRSTmas one and all! C YA
