Hey thxs and when you've been with a company 10+ yrs and the new hires out of school are gettin 2700 vs your 1800 a wk because they are dispatched per cpm you'd be a little disheartened too...fortunately im blessed to own my home land car ect so my highest bill is my cell so i can survive on that, i feel bad for the folks with mortages and kids ect...very sad, but its a corporation...save save save,,woohoo

I'm making 8 cents a mile less than you are. My miles are down too. I could easily blame the drivers making less money per mile than me. But, I suspect it has a lot to do with the fact that nearly every company is laying off people. Jobs are real hard to find right now, and, consumer spending is really slowing. Thus, less freight needs to be hauled.

Trainers have the QC on at all times. Don't know if it used to be that way but for the last 3 yrs, the trainers qualcomm motion restriction is only off when he/she has a trainee. Believe me it doesn't take long after releasing that trainee for the restriction to return. They can enter a code in the computer to turn it on/off at a moments notice.

Ok Bailey, I gotta ask...
Whats up with your attitude man? Its obvious youre not content with Crete. Why dont you quit complaining and accept things for what they are or....QUIT if you dont like it?! Or....do you just like complaining? Seriously, I think youre making your own misery here, and blaming every one else for it. *sigh*

Yup, that's about how long it takes them to turn mine off when I release a student.

It's elementary as to who is talking to.... IT'S YOU!!!
According to msg #71 of this thread you've been at Crete 10+ years. That would put you at the top of the pay scale of .47, and if tucker is making .39 as a new hire, it becomes simple math.

If you "DON'T EVEN KNOW" what you are making, this tells me you aren't paying attention to detail. Could this be the reason you are having problems? Just sayin'.

Cretes Safestat score is a 34 which a low score if you ask me compared to the others. They still only hire certain graduates and from what I can tell, their drivers are safe. It's the attitude you have on here that will you canned. Look at supersnack on he dealt with his negative things; He had a negative attitude but was called in by management and got things straightened out properly instead.
