I can't decide who to work for!

I just graduated from truck driving school. I test for my license this week. All and all everything is going good....except I dont really know who to work for as far as companies go. I live in Cleveland ohio. I have no truck driving experience and I know I need that before anything, especially if I want something better down the road.....but as I said, I dont know who to work for. I hear good and bad about every co. I guess Im hoping somebody can point me in the right direction and name some at least decent companies to work for.
