It won't do you any good to know for a couple of years . Good companies don't hire anyone with less than 2 years experience . They have plenty of applications from experienced drivers .

Not every company is right for every person. Someone could love their company because they get home every weekend. But that same company could have a hard time getting someone else home. Decide what is important to you in your company, and then look at what people have to say about that company.

I would do some searching on this site
Many drivers will not or can not say who they drive for
Rick and LM are right the good companies are smaller and you need a couple years experience to drive for them
This forum has many years of experience for you to learn from
Good luck

Like everyone has said you must start somewere you can not just start with the best company.

You may start at a starter company and you make think they are a great company others may think they are bad.

You will have to decide what company is a good one for you, We can not tell you that this company is the great one because what I say may be not true for you.

I think May Trucking is a fairly good company but others on here say they are a bad company.

I do know one of the terminals that they have is considered worst one to run out of this comes from all of the veteran drivers that are there.
I had issues with that terminal mostly the new dispatcher that I got assigned and I quit but since they have a new terminal about 55 miles from me I am going back with them.

I also had issues with the truck I was assigned and come to find out another driver had the same issues with that truck.

What is important to you? I can tell you that KLLM is a great starter company, but if you are dead set on bringing your pet with you than it wouldn't be a great company for you. You are going to have to do the reading yourself on the different companies, no one can tell you what you want.

The reason you get the "read between the lines" answer. Is because you never ask us who would be best for you to marry.

Same thing. We don't know what you want or need. We can only offer opinions...biased ones at that.
