truth is more companies are going out of business and thats point blank just recently another has gone out of business and it was a medium company employing 36000 across the us circuit city will be a blow to all of us just cause they employ 36000 in store they dont tell you the variable of the support staff of the stores aka the outside vendors that this will affect as well huhhh huhhh #1 tha drivers that transport the supplies

Amazing you say we shouldn't "spread rumors until confirmed" yet a lot of the negative posts about companies on here are just rumors, but that is okay. Someone knew someone whose second cousin on their mother's side had a friend that drove for this company and didn't like it. Bottom line is that there can be pockets of increase due to normal cycles for certain commodities. I did not say that all freight was picking up and everything was going to be fine. If you would have read the entire context you would have seen that I also reported information from economists regarding potential upswings.

Uhh the government is put in place BY THE PEOPLE. Those Circuit City employees voted theirselves out of a job 10-4! As soon as we knew Obama was prez the market tanked and even well before that when he was locked in as the democratic nominee. Not to mention the idiots in congress such as Barney Fwank, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Chris Dodd to name a few along with a few faux "republicans".

WE are responsible for this mess by voting in fools and crooks. WE REAP WHAT WE SOW!!! I didn't vote for any liberals EVER but I still have to live with the decisions made by others.

Obama WILL fail! As well as anything socialists try to implement. It's real sad but all of you that voted for all these liberals out there sitting around waiting on a load, you can thank yourselves for voting against capitalism and business.

Thanks I'm going to Memphis Tenn. I think I'm going to leave my laptop home and try to find a way to get to the int some how I just think it will be a big hassle having to tote the laptop everywhere. If I only new how things are in Tenn.

Yikes, not a lot of good things to say about Memphis lol. Never went to the school but about a year ago I stayed in the hotel they use out there. The Americas Best I think it is, just up the road from the terminal.

They do have wifi but you have to use it in the lobby. It's definitely not the nicest hotel around and the area leaves a lot to be desired. I never liked Memphis much and don't really understand all the hype. It sure ain't Elvis' Memphis any more to say the least.

The Richmond area is a lot better. If you can attend school there, you'll probably like it much better.

I think that the problem was coming long before the elections and I'm sorry but lets fix the problem instead of been the problem. Look at what they are saying now the big banks are not doing what they were suppost to do with all the money we loaned them. I think I will need a week of typing to really say how I feel about this situation.

You have the right to your opinion. I just say sit back and watch the show for it will be a good one. I will love watching them fail miserably. Have fun in Memphis just don't go too far from the hotel at night!

There's a couple strip clubs near the terminal if you're into that kinda thing just watch your back lol. Have fun!

I'm already setup for Memphis and thats what I was saying I never gone there so I don't know how easy things get up and walk.

Thanks but from what I read they run a tightship and you don't want to get cough in the strip joint or your gone.
