Yep. This is either dispatcher talk or business instructor talk. I do not know any England solo's that get 4K a week. $800.00 a week is about right though for a lease with 4K a week if your on your first lease. Shame of it is if you owned your truck with that many miles a week you would bring home about $2,730.00. Gives reason to laugh at lease ops with England.

I just went through the C R England Premiere Trucking School. After 2 wks of their schooling, I decided I did NOT want to work for C R England. I was sick the whole time I was there, so graduation day I left to come home. I have been hired by Werner, but do not have my diploma, so I called C R England to request my diploma. I have been told once I pay Atlantic Eagle Finances Services then I recieve my diploma. So, my recruiter for Werner said they would accept a statement with Englands letterhead stating I completed the schooling. I got the run around, talked to about 8 different people, then was sent to Trina the school coordinator. I was informed since I did not accept employment with them and do their phase 1 and phase 2 training, I did not complete their schooling. Ok, here is my confusion... we had to go through their orientation, even though I was not going to work for them, had a "graduation" day, recieved my class A cdl. When Atlantic Eagle was in the class room discussin the loan procedures and schooling, it was stated that some of you here are just here for the schooling to get ur cdl and will not be coming to work for C R England and will complete your training elsewhere. So please explain to me how this 2 weeks of schooling I went through with them, and opted NOT to work for them, does this not constitute completing their schooling???? Are there only some who can do the 2 wks and go work elsewhere, then some of us who cannot? I signed NOTHING stating I would work for them after the schooling. My recruiter for Werner is trying to get me approved to go through their training without the verification from C R England I completed their school. I was lied to from the moment I spoke to my recruiter with C R England. I asked specific questions before deciding to go to that school, and had considered to work for them. When I discovered every answer given me to my specific questions were lies, I decided I would not work for tem. NOW, because of this decision, my cdl may be worthless! I just want to work, and be able to take care of myself!!!

I would never allow a trainiee to run at night. wayyyyyy to much can go wrong. Elk, deer, idiots in camakazi 4-wheelers, tired truckers yea... if something went wrong I would rather be behind the wheel and not a 2 week vet tyvm
you are completely right here, however, as unfortunate as it is, a majority of the trainers DO have their trainees run at night, while they sleep. I had trainers tell me this while I was at school, and also have kept in contact with several class mates from school. I personally have heard so much negative about C R England and their phase 1 trainers, which is what prompted me to not go to work for them. I was and am scared to death to get into a truck with one, they way my luck runs, I would end up with one of the bad trainers. You seem to have a good head on ur shoulders and though u say u sway from being a trainer, you actually sound like you would be a very good trainer! oops this is to Beantowntrucker -
didn't read all the way through this but think this may be the law suit being referred to.... Judge was not happy with C R England to say the least...

CR England is the ALL Around worse company in trucking. hands down, New guys go somplace else and a job at McDonalds is a step up from those evil people.
-
HAHAHA problem is, I did NOT do their training, so even though I completed their schooling and opted not to work for them, there may not be any place for me to go! -
Cr England has been good for me and I am very happy that I went there even though they did try to send me home once. I am one tough woman and I got over it.
We have a situation where desperate people believe that crengland is desperate when its not. People forget that they are the ones who are desperate for money.AfterShock Thanks this.
