From their website they are very low pay. 25 CPM up to a year? Swift pay more than that.

Watch out for M-V-T. Your miles will drop quickly - and dispatch favours Mexican drivers.
I've had my cell phone stolen in the drivers lounge/shower at the El Paso yard also.
For 2 months, all they gave me was CLEARING CUSTOMS for loads that the Mex. drivers could not. Their safety dept. is also very IGNORANT. I am suing this co. right now.

    andrew5184 Thanks this.

I'm a current driver. The per mile is pretty good & the miles are incredible. The equipment is decent as being International Prostars. They're real good at keeping the equipment safe & tires replaced. They don't bother you when you're on the road & they get back to your messages in a reasonable amount of time.

The night & weekend dispatchers SUCK & I avoid dealing with them at all costs! The on road repair suck as well. They are a joke. Be persistent and rough as a cobb if needed to keep them motivated not to waste your time or ask of you to limp miles on the shoulder to get to a repair/service. The safety department is a joke as well, so figure out their rules & play by them or they will mark you & hassle you until you figure out they are "MVT Gods."

They utilize a front and side radar system that warns you, cuts off the cruise control & will apply the engine retarder if it feels its necessary. If you get a truck with the battery APU, prepare to live life on the road uncomfortable. The shop could give a rats behind for your "comfort."

If you live in El Paso this would be the company to work for...especially if your Mexican. Seems like everything goes through that city. Forget home time cause it's rare & they want you to go back out immediately. (For this I don't answer my phone)

On a scale of 1 -10 it's a 7 unless you take out the whiny stuff and see it as what it is...OTR trucking job then it's a 9.5

im with them now. Started 10-21-15. .37cpm did 3k miles first full week. Dispatched out of nashville and not el paso. Trucks are all prostars with idle air apu and 1500 watt inverters cause the idle air is electric. It runs my fridge. Ac works about 5 hours cause the fridge is 24/7. im staying here till im able to get my own rig next year around august then going to trailer transit out of indiana.they have a mpg incrntive program every month you can earn up to an additional .04 cpm. $25.00 cash advance every day if needed. Usually you use that for scale tickets or oil, and attach reciept to transflo. Can scan at truck stop or use app. Direct deposit mandatory. They reimburse for scales and oil and stuff.
