USA TRUCK, Van Buren, AR alright with me.

I just starting with USA Truck. I am currently in Orientation with them and should be getting a truck Monday if everything works out.

Tuesday of this week I went to Atlanta, GA to go to work for another O/O. But there was to many red flags with the Truck he was wanting me to drive. So I left him after pending 3 hours there. As I was leaving I got called from USA Truck. I left Wednesday and started as soon as I arrived with paper work, and Physicals. I failed the eye test right off. I just had my eyes checked 3 weeks ago and new glasses. So I was shocked I could not see the screen you might say. I did not make a fuss, but to my surprised, USA Truck did not send me home. This AM I was sent to a local Eye Doctor, eyes rechecked and given new glasses for my frames. At their dime and be taken out from my pay after I start working for them. Most companies I know or heard would have said Good Bye right then.

We did lose one from our group, which many disagreed but it was due to an error of the recruiter. He was from out side of the hiring area.

We also went through our Driving test today, and all passed, and even doing something that I should had failed, I was given a second chance and passed. One other driver was able to redo the part she messed up on, backing, hitting a barrel.

I am impressed with the fact they are working with me in correcting the problem, and happy that they are.

Well I made it and now in my truck, and under my first load.

When I went for the first DOT Physical I could not see line 4 on the eye test. When I went back they ask to read line 8 I read line 9.

Well I got a 9400 which will be traded off in the near future. So in a few months I will get a new truck by the way they are doing it. The only team that was with us got a new truck from the get go, a 2009 ProStar.

2 days running, I am already on my second load, swapped out with another driver in Atlanta this AM, and on my way out to Texas.

Yes what I seen. I have seen somethings I disagree with, but none are perfect.

While I was in Orientation a guy from your area was there who daughter was in school that was blown up there in Dalton. The Company offered to get him home if need be, but his Daughter was ok.
