I love that the schools are in bed with certain trucking companies...not out for the students best intrest

In this case it depends on who's funding the grant. There are apparently other grants that have other lists of companies on them, where TransAm is on the list -- I have seen those lists but didn't go through that grant.

TransAm actually did send a recruiter to our school, and at least one of the guys in my class intends to go with them and i didn't hear anything from them or about them in my research that raises red flags.

Hay Matt, My Wife works there by East Jordan on Lake Charlovoix, and We Live just north of you in Petoskey, You will find N. Michigan Is not the place to live to get a job easily, but I made it in after a year over the road with little pay.

Yea I plan to get 3 mos, then look for job, go back on road and every trip home will be a job hunt So as long as it takes I'm willing to do it.

Spring time here will be better for getting a job from this area, Might be something in the Gaylord area open up this spring, I drive out of da UP, that is why I get home every weekend.
