| Ur buddy is having cold feet. I am assuring him as long as he runs and watch his spending he'll do just fine |

| I"ll just toss this in here. I live by a casino in Vegas. There is a purple JCT International parked there most every weekend for 2 or 3 days. So I guess the time off can be good... |

So for some of your loads to be dispatched at 72 you would have to have an 80 MPH truck that you could actually do 80 for the whole trip otherwise one fuel stop would put you in service failure territory. I don't know how your company operates so if they give you a load and tell you to just get there asap but no later than a certain time, then that certain time would be what you would use to calculate your dispatch speed. This is all I am trying to figure out. I have never run reefer before and it's my understanding that there are a lot of live unloads. Are they on a first come first serve basis, or by apt only, or a mix? For you guys to be getting 3000-3500 miles a week I would tihnk a lot of them are first come first serve, but no later than a certain time. The main reason I asked is because I am interested in JCT but since I team the dispatch speeds they use would play a big part in my decision. I can run 50-55 MPH dispatches with no problem, but if it gets over that then that's a bit outside of my comfort zone. |

| I'm currently going through Orientation as we speak and so far I love what I'm seeing and hearing. Here's how I see it so far; 1. They will give you all the tools you need to make money 2. They have top notch equipment 3. The staff seems extremely knowledgeable 4. Seem to be a good bunch of people 5. BUT, if your looking for someone to hold your hand then don't apply you need to be able to operate a truck in a manner that makes money and understand how to run hard and stay out of the casino's and truckstops. 6. John Christner himself seems to be a straight shooter that will treat you right as long as you do the job and and respect his company. 7. If your looking to someday be a full blown owner operator then this is a good place to get your feet wet by either fulfilling a lease here and taking ownership of the truck or buying your own in the future, you'll learn how to operate a business here. 8. They don't nickel and dime you to death as they did us at Prime. 9. Lowest overall fixed and variable cost I have ever seen with a lease deal and I've checked them all out or at least it seems that way. 10. Several of the staff will make you laugh your butt off (I know that dosen't help ya make money but it's worth a good time)

| I know what u mean. Jct just don't have a set speed on their dispatches. Like I said some have plenty of time and others have only enough time for u to maybe fuel up and roll. For example, once I has to repower a driver at cheyenne,wy at 5pm friday. I needed to get to houston,tx by 11 am saturday. It was 1200 miles. I fueled up in cheyenne and drove all the way non stop and made it just on the dot. Other times u have 3 days to cover 1200 miles. For me that is way too much time. So if you can't take one of their hot loads then I don't believe JCT will be good for you. At least I don't think u'll be happy with the fact you'll have to bust ### sometimes. |
