I know they do try to force you out of the older trucks. It has happened to many of us. The ones that said no, most of them are still here too. There's gotta be something he done or said that got them to do that. Cuz if they did send him home just for not giving up the truck he can easily sue them cuz no where on the contract saids after a certain bout of time they have the right to make u upgrade a truck. So I'm thinking he's not telling the whole story.

This is a very good point. I had to pick up an abandonded truck for my company due to someone being arrested for back child support. JCT may not want to run the risk of a truck getting stuck out in the middle of nowhere without a driver.

If that was the reason JCT didn't hire you then you could always seek legal advice as it is illegal to discriminate!!!

Over half the United states pays child support and if your child support is court ordered and being taken out of your pay then I don't see JCT's problem with it.

My Brother in-law was thinking about going to JCT when he gets home from Iraq but should he even bother applying since he has court ordered child support?

i am sure JCT has other drivers who have to pay child support, bigben has stated he is behind on his payments, maybe he is far enough behind that JCT doesnt want to take a chance on him getting arrested for the back support while he is driving the leased truck.

I wasnt attacking you bigben. I was only trying to give some possible reasons for JCT's actions with you. And the people that are saying that JCT is so bad now! It wasnt meant to put you in a bad light.

I am starting to wonder if maybe there are so many drivers flocking to JCT that now maybe JCT has to let prospective drivers go and maybe let others go, due to the trucking market right now, maybe there are to many drivers that they wont have trucks for?? is that a possibility?
