| You know I had a couple minor problems right out of the gate with both trailers I pulled on my first two loads one had a fuel gauge issue which was easily solved by filling the tank and another tire issue which was solved by changing the tire. Sometimes it's easy to make big issues out of everyday normal #### happens issues. My advice would be (The problem I'm having today will it affect me 1 year, 5 years or the rest of my life if it will then it's a real problem, if not then work through it.) Yeah I got frustrated but after it was all said and done no harm just a little time hanging around a TA. Things happens is what I'm getting at, just weigh out the big picture and ask yourself what do I want out of this. I have met many many drivers here at JCT so far that make a good living so it's worth it to me. Mechanical issues alway stink but I can be pretty sure JCT just like you wish they didn't happen. If they don't take care of it or help you resolve it then that's a different story, hopefully they will. But I can tell you before I throw in the towel I will be sitting across from John Christners desk asking for his help first. That's what I would do if I was having major problems, remember he's here to make money just like you. Always go in asking for HELP don't go in making demands or complaints, asking for help garners someones sympathy instead of them getting defensive. So mask your complaint as asking for help! I promise you this works better I sat on the other side of that desk for many years and it always worked on me. LOL
