| Do they have Orientation every week? with 20+ people in class? If thats the case, they must have 20+ people quit every week. Or are these numbers inflated? You said you see plenty of trucks, and thats a great sign for someone needing to choose the truck they really prefer. Happy New Year and Drive Safe |

| From what I understand from recruiting is they do have orientation every week and put no more than 15 people in each class but the class is not always full. One thing I do know and like very much is they completely check you out before you ever get the ok to start orientation. My boss who is a very good personal friend of mines also, told me that they called 4 times asking questions not only about me but the company as well. They also wanted any written reports on my drug testing, any records on accidents and all evaluations. He also said they wanted to know about the companies safety record and dot filings. He said the only thing he could not give them was company written evaluation reports because they don’t give that kind of info out. Two different people had also called me back asking me several questions about former employers and any tickets. Fortunately I had all my ducks in order. I have no accidents or tickets and before I started looking for a new job I got a copy of my DAC so I already knew what former companies had said about me, luckily my DAC is also clean. The thing I like is they take care of all this dirty work and get it out of the way before you haul your ### up to orientation just to get blind sided buy something that pops up on your background that you may not even remember. I think they are super anal in their detail on their investigation but I do appreciate it. I would say from my experience of the hiring experience so far is if you have something to hide or something to keep private, you may not want to apply to JCT because they are going to look you over fairly well and they are not going to give you the ok until they get answers to all of the questions that they ask. Well that’s my two cents on the hiring process so far and as I said before I’m going for orientation on Jan/26 but I started the hiring process back around the last week of November so they are not in a rush. You get accepted when they are satisfied! |

It amazes me that JCT is that anal, yet thier safestat score as of right now is a 90, Inspect. If they are going to be that anal, then they need to get compliant them selves.
