What people don't understand though, is you may be clean and run legal, but if the company has ahigh safstat score, you get the red light more and your chances of a inspect go up big time. I went from driving for a company that was at a 99 like alot of companies these days, I got over 50 inspects, passed every one of them froma level 1 to a level 3 all from april 07 to april 08 all becuase the company had a high safestat score, once i went to the company im at now, been there since agust, not one red liht, and only roll scale in or, wa and ky, thats it becuase are safestat score is 22. Keep in mind, you may run legal, but unless the others in your company are fully legal and the company does everything legal, it wont mean anything, it take everyone to make it work. just food for thought.

He drives for Crete, as do I. He is a company driver, I'm an O/O.

Just thought I'd answer since I saw you were still on line and he wasn't.
