Real simple. Stick all ur bills and scale tickets inside the trippak envelope. All u gotta put on envelope is ur name/ trk # /trailer # /order #/deadhead city/pickup/drops/expenses. That's it.

it's pretty simple paperwork. Put your load number, where you deadheaded from and to, and each drop on the trip envelope and drop it in the neat trip-pak box at the truck stop. However, forgetting to write down the trip number before deleting it from the qualcomm becomes a pain. (my driver manager sends it to me every time I make THAT mistake) Also, you don't get paid for loads when the trip envelope sits on your dash for a week or two. (ducking my head in the sand...) Other than that, pretty simple.

Also don't use the Ontario T/A Cali drop box. They have a habit of losing them there

Do you guys make copies of bills and other paperwork before dropping them in the tripPak seems like that would be a good idea just in case they get lost.

You could. Most of us don't make copies. Well at least I don't haha. I haven't had any problems with them getting lost even once with the four years
