They are a good company but you have to follow the rules. The equipment is very nice and they want it kept that way and they dont let you run illegal and they want a clean apperance and good attitude. Check out the web site and the traning site there is alot of good info on there.

well i know how that is i lived in south florida for 15+years doing heavy duty towing. It is summer there 10 months a year LOL No really it is soooo hot in june-sept and the humidity will kill. I did not tarp or anything like that but the heavy duty towing was long hard work. I hope by the time summer gets here i have a good system down and not spending much time tarping.

Sounds easy enough. I still run the company's truck as if it was my own. I don't run past my hours. And being a former company owner I have plenty self respect for my personal and equipment appearance. I have been told I'm a great trainer but very anal about my rig cause I vacuum it like 3 times a day. But anyway I will keep reading and if worse comes to work you all may soon be my co-workers. Thanks for everything.

well that is good for you but come on 3 times a day TMC will get mad if you wear out the carpet. LOL

They are a good company so you may want to check them out if times get tough for you. Maverick is another good company if TMC does not work out for you.
