switching to crst

I have been driving for seven years when the wife decided to join me. We decided to go with crst, shes training for her cdl at the moment, shes doing great!! I will b able to train her, which was my biggest concern and her pay wont be that bad, pretty decent for starting out IMO. I will keep u all informed as to how this all turns out. So far shes pleased with how everything is going.

Let us know how it goes. Maybe you'll be the one success story at CRST.

I understand your concerns but where im at now they say im regional but if you add it all up its pretty much the eastern half of us and canada crst were the only people I talked to that would allow me to train her and start her at a higher pay rate. My driving career has been spotless. One company 4 years another 2, and then their were the few that said one thing and did the complete opposite,(not in that exact order) who knows we could be a success story or the next move for sure will be. thanks to all.

I am with CRST, a trainer. Been with them for 2 years, have made some cash, even saved some. CRST is a training company, I listen to others gripe and complain all the time about CRST. It is not a bad company, but downfalls are everywhere. Overall, I am sure in some comparible way they rate the same with a comparible company. You with having exp., get her trained and the nsign on with a company who pays a few more cents per mile, or even a 5000 sign on bonus for exp. team. OH wait, CRST does that...... They are all the same. You found a benefit CRST could offer, I say use and then move to where your needs are meet. For me, it is right here. So you will have to be the 2nd. success story, if we are the only ones. BUT, I am sure there are more. Good Luck.
