Hire on with Interstate Distributor if you can. My wife and I worked for them in '05 and '06, and unless things there have changed drastically for the worse since then, they were the best company we ever worked for. We're seriously considering rehiring with them again. You can't go wrong with them, I'll tell ya. Nice terminals, nice trucks, decent pay and miles, treated with respect-what more can you ask for?

I worked for heartland and it was bad. If you like 300 miles or less a day than heartless is the company. I was on the national fleet and would spend the whole time running around I80 between Iowa and PA with 300 mile loads.
