OOIDA. Freight rates Posted Weekly

Go to ooida and check out freight rates. A good source of info to know more about the industry and how things work.
For instance , rates for potatoes from colorado to baltimore about 1.99 mile.

OOIDA may be worth the first year $25 discounted membership fee . (Hey , you get a free subscription to "Landline" magazine ! ) but I tried them a year then dropped my membership . Women that answer the phone are rude and useless . I wanted help obtaining authority and they couldn't even tell me where to get insurance . You can find better deals elsewhere on any of the services they offer .

first thing that would be a "deal breaker" with them would be the rude people, women or men. Nothing fries me faster than rude people when I call someone. They kinda forget who is paying their wages, indirectly or not.
