WTF do i have to do to get into a truck with a smaller company. I find it very hard to trust these big firms, i graduated school in june of last year, left for werner had to come home to take care of a sick family member, now its all over i cant find work to save my LIFE!!!.. Is it only NJ that makes it so tough to get into a truck or is it everywhere?.?... I took a job in august carting around the recently deceased in damn chevy astro vans!!! im tired of it i see trucks on my travels and i get so damned angry.. ALL These companies want a years experience and NONE are willing to give anyone a shot to even get it. Now i know you got to make your bones and go over the road, but There HAS TO BE A WAY DAMNIT!!! SO HERES MY PLEA, ANY OWNER OPS or SMALL COMPANIES IN JERSEY, OR NEW YORK. EMAIL ME!!! I HAVE THREE KIDS THAT IM SUPPORTING , IM LOYAL AND FAST LEARNING TO ANYTHING TO BE SHOWN!.. Its not the companies fault as much as it is insurance requirements.

You need to get on with the large "mill" companies, did werner put something negative on your -DAC-? are you willing to go to a company that will give you a chance but is known to be "evil"? trying to get on with a smaller company will not be easy, i have 7+ years on my cdl and had to come to covenant to get reinstated. try them if you think you can swallow tons of ####,and say YUMMY! i want more! do this here for 1 year and you will have a better chance at what you want, and be a "battle"
survivor.
best of luck to ya'
