I do believe that A LOT of that money will be misspent & somehow disappear in the mess the states will make in trying to spend what money they get.

The key word there is "DESIGNATED". Dems will filter thru much more than that before it ever gets there. I like Obama's SPEND to cut the deficit strategy though,don't you? Don't believe everything you READ.

I'm a Rush ditto head and he's good these days if you all get bored. I hope some of this money trickles down to us, but I'm puting more hope in my tithes that I'm paying then I am anything that Washington will say they can do for me.

Our miles are not better here at landstar.. more cheap ugly loads to pick from but none of them pay much.
