What makes it horrendous ?
They arent new kids to the school yard, you "prove" your worth and the pay is very much decent working for them.

Its the clowns with fresh CDL's that run over stuff, run late freight and are in general just a bunch of crybabies that cant cut it at the "White-House" !

They have a DC by Laramie, WY. There is a dedicated run for England or Crete over there.

There is another in Salt Lake City as well as one north of there. One of the two is for I/Cs only, from what I've been told

Get your towns right

Bigkid2. Thats Buckeye Az. And I work there as a driver. 8 years of my 32 on road experience. Best job ever. It's not just the pay. Overall working conditions add up to the most stress free and profitable job I have had. I have been an owner/operator or company driver , for big and small companies. We're not perfect, ( and not a single one of our drivers will say we are.) but as close as I have found.

Finally I saw one today....

Today for the first time, I saw a female WM driver... I was at Cullman, AL, after dropping a loaded trlr last night , parked at a small truck stop nearby. She came this morning and parked next to me. Unfortunately, didn't have a chance to talk to her. I like to know there are some females driving for WM

My father currently works for WalMart out of Brookhaven Ms (6811). I think there are two female drivers. Both are very nice. both drive internationals. I havent seen them very far out. I think they are inter-regional where they might send you to like the Searcy DC but they HAVE to send you right back to your home dc.
Facts:
From what i knw..
Well equipment( good enough to send across country a hundred times without quitting on you). Good benifits. if your at a store and the trailer is not unloaded you get paid i think 58 dolars an hour. Very driver and rider freindly. You can walk right through the dispatch office and they wont say anything to you. showers and bath rooms are kept very good. weight rooms, break rooms and the whole nine yards. Trucks run 65 some might do 66 or 67. Cookouts every month. Very very very strict on safety but dont bother you or work over your shoulder. Programs are 5/4 5/3 7/7 6/3
6/2 i thinks. And i also think once you get 5 or 3 million miles you get any truck you want with any color you want.Me and my dad saw a guy with a brand new International Lonestar from cullman AL at the dirt house picking up mulch.
To sum it all up
Its the best company trucking job out there.
No cons about this company.
My father has been there 6 years and have treated him and his family.... Like their family. Be safe and thanks
