I got a local job here, so all is good and actually better then I would have been at Central (Pay Wise). Hope all you guys are doing well. Hope Wayne is doing good, from what I have read he is. Hey, 6pac, jj, chrome, lastkid. I will stay in touch via this board anyway. I will say I have made some great friends at Central, they really need to get their training program together though.
You should of forced him to keep you on the truck. My trainer not at central was talking about having his step son come on the truck and me get off. I told him you picked me up to train me you will keep me until I solo out.
He did not say another word about me getting off the truck untill I solo'd out.
I know you will say how can You force a trainer to keep you on his truck just a call to his boss usually works.

Well Wayne was assigned a trainer today. A guy named Mike Magana. He hasn't met him yet because he won't be there until about noon tomorrow. He gave me the truck information if i need him. Hopefully it is a good trainer.

Wait until December, we'll find out then. That's when they're aiming to have all company drivers on paperless logs.

OK, Wayne just called. He's pissed and so are all the students there. They refuse to give him his orientation pay. They said they don't pay it until they have a load and on the road. This has cost us way more then we were told to begin with. We were told $300 and he gets his orientation pay right after orientation. So far, it has cost us $400 and now he's gonna need more money, money i don't have, because they refuse to pay the oreientation pay. He is ready to walk out and so are the other students there. They are all broke, no trainers there and waiting. His trainer called payroll and told them he would be there around 4pm and to pay him because he is seated but they refuse. I don't know what to do any more. I am so frustrated it isn't funny. He gave up a job for this. We have been apart 3 weeks now and for what? Sorry all, i am just tired and frustrated.

I have no clue who his DM is. It was payroll who told him tough ##### you can't get your money. Only 4 of the people have left and all the rest are still there, waiting, with no money. All i know is his trainers name is Mike Magna. Hopefully he calls me soon. I am worried.
