Have been doing this for so long that i have 4 boys be come men of there own and got to say that i am proud of them . Was not there for a lot of there growing an missed there first steps but had allot to do with there knowing wright from wrong put them Thur school and helped them with life woes trucking has changed all lot over the years allot for the good yes i miss something that we were doing in throw day running cost to cost at high speeds there was a lot less traffic on the road allot less trucks. but we had the bad drugs an lot liz... spent Meany of weekends waiting for a load or having to make 6 or 7 pickup in ca over a 2or3 day an 100 mile of ruining around the state an then be in st louse or any other of 50 city on the east cost in 2 1/2 or 3 days to make 2 or more stops an unload it your self or bring your own lumper in ..then go an fine a pay phone to call dispatch to be put on hold for hrs an be told to call back in a hr yep the good old days thank it hard now trucking has gotten better an worse at the same time speed limiters dot saying u need to go to bed because i know u are sleepy if this is the life you have took up hold on for it is a ride all to its self.....got too love it or get out now.......

I can sure remember the pay phone thing, an all the drivers waiting on them, but it sure aint no problem keepin in touch now.
