I have heard that the legal action starts next week with a former employee. There is even talk of additional legal action for slander against this employee. Will keep everyone posted as I learn more. Sounds more like a soap opera than a trucking company, but it has me on the edge of my seat to learn how it all plays out.

Like I mentioned before...can't be long before drivers start to feel the results of this obvious internal issue. Can't be a good place to work?!

LANDAIR SUCKS! Very unprofessional company. They do withhold wages- I know a trucker that Landair says they are withholding his last check for damages done to the truck. For a cross bar. It was an accident-don't they have insurance that covers that? Not even a lease purchase situation, just a regular company driver. Is that legal? If so, let's say a trucker flips the whole truck and truck is completely damaged. Do they bill the employee thousands and thousands of dollars? Doesn't sound very legal to me. I think people that like Landair has obviously not had some misfortunate incident happen to them, or Landair just favors certain drivers over others for obvious reasons.
