Guess I'm an "official" employee now. Orientation starts September 14th.

Getting a little nervous about this career change becoming real.

Congrats! One in our class showed dirty on the whiz test, so that was another one disqualified. Got our driver codes and photo today, along with logs, padlock, qualcom cards and checks. Waiting now for Robin to let me know where my trainer is. Prefer non-smoker, but at this point don't care about that. Just want to get rolling.
Good luck and drive safe.

TM

I am looking to start orientation in October, I am already "qualified" to go. I graduate the middle of October and am looking to go 48 states with May. Can anyone give me the lowdown on where I will be heading, a typical route going x-country and all that good stuff? I hear May is a good place to start out, scares me a little seeing all the negative posts on another page about good and bad companies to work for. I just want to re-assure myself that May is where I want to go. I do understand that you really have to take the negatives with a grain of salt and understand that some people just couldn't be happy anywhere they worked. I need to hear the good stuff too. Does anyone have any encouraging words? Thanks!

After speaking with the various instructors and office staff at my school, when I told them I was starting with May, they were very supportive and mentioned that while May is somewhat regimented, they are a very good company to work for, and starting out with them is a very good idea and good fortune.

Good luck to you!
