Calex Express....My New Home!

I was from the Atlantic Ave exit to the service plaza at Lake Worth Rd. But when I was getting off the exit with my car I saw another Calex truck going north right there. How are you Larry? I stopped at Kenly Wednesday about 4pm for fuel, shower and a truck wash.

 

Rob, enjoy your time off. I'm quite sure it's well deserved.

 

Not yet. It's having a new radiator put in it. It came out of the paint shop Thursday, had all new decals put on it, plus all the other work has been completed. The president of the company called me yesterday to let me know that when I get in on Tuesday night it will be sitting there waiting on me and ready to roll. Pictures will be posted next week.

 

Enjoy your time off. The wife and I are counting down the days for our 11 night cruise on December 31st. All work and no play is not healthy!

 

I spent the morning taking most of my stuff out of my truck. I will be up in Pittston Tuesday about 6pm. I rather come back home with my new truck and set up house here instead of up there. I can't believe the amount of things I had. All I do is leave out Sunday night/Monday morning, and get home Thursday night/Friday morning, gone 4 days and I had enough clothes to go to Alaska and back. I took out my inverter and cables, fridge and most everything else I own. I'll be the first to say, I'm going to miss this truck. I can't believe how clean it is. The reality of it is that it won't be taken care of like I did.

I'm leaving about 8pm. I have a drop and hook in Griffin Ga at 2pm tomorrow. The load goes to Jersey but I'm taking it to the yard for one of the local guys to deliver. Be safe all, god Bless!
