Ever take "5 hour energy"

And why do you need 5000 μg of B12 when the RDA is 2.4? 5 hour energy has 8333% the RDA - and you need 10x that much?

 

Back in my training days, my trainer and I ran a dedicated account from Fontana, CA to Phoenix, AZ daily with occasional backhaul. I agreed to run at night everyday. Long story short, I was usually drowsy after 2 hours after taking 5 hour energy. The only caffeine I consume comes from tea and coffee. Energy drinks are not good for the body. Too many chemicals!

 

There's a study out now that those energy drinks are really harmful to the body.

 

that doenst work on me at all like most of the eneregy drinks

if i want caffiene i get the stok shots from pilot i grab a handfull them things are like hammerin down 2 cups of coffee,, as far as energy drinks i like nos and monster the 5 hour equivalent is the nos shot has a ton of b12 in it i like those..

just my preference other than that coffeeeeeee!!!!

 

If I felt tired and needed sleep, I'd just pull over and get in the bunk.

No one ever paid me enough to take that kind of crap or kill myself.
