Been on 1ml injections for about a year now, was once a month now every 3 weeks.
Costs about $100 for the 10ml bottle.
Evens out a lot of things for me, I don't take any other meds.

I'm picking up another prescription on Tuesday when we're in, so I'll get back to you on the name later. It's $100 on insurance , I believe it's cheaper than using the patch.
Benefits are - well , no offense to ladies here but less bitchy and irritable, much less lethargy and fatigue, less depression. You would probably have researched that men produce a little estrogen as well as testosterone , so if your T levels are low you kinda get a bit . . .
Also lost 15 lbs, though a little diet was involved .

Oh, and no withdrawals as such, your T levels simply get lower again. Check psa levels or have prostate checked, as testosterone to prostate cancer is like kerosene to fire.
And ask doc about either patches or a gel through a compounding pharmacy - can be absorbed through the skin.

Hey Okieron, be sure you keep up to date on your colon screenings. A good idea anyway, but much more necessary if you are taking supplemental testosterone.

Ok a little history. since I started I have started using the VA fir my medical. so that Dr. says its not low. their range is 1.3 to 7.2 kind of a wide range there. so I stopped for a month. I was feeling great things were getting back to normal before I stopped ! 2 weeks after I stopped I could really feel the difference and it wasn't good, but I played along so they retest me and say that I was at this normal range of 3 when I went in for first test I was 14 a day after taking my shot! well I have since went back to my old DR. and she explained the difference and how different normals are really opinions and that the test should never had been done a day after an injection! so I restarted and I am doing great! VA Dr. is kind of a jerk so He will just have to live with it. so all in all it is well worth the anxiety of sticking yourself.
also if you do this understand the insurance probably won't cover the cost of the drugs. so you can save some money by joining Walgreens prescription plan its 110.00 for 10 mls which will be 10 injections with the plan its 80 dollars which is cheaper than my deductible with insurance ? weird I know. I hope this helps you guys. if you want more let me know.
