I own my truck, and have an APU and inverter. I can do as I like.
Thats a GE Juicer from Wal Mart? Oh man, that's a whole lot cheaper than the $400 juicers I have been looking at. I honestly don't mind spending the money to get the best, but if a $50 juicer can do everything the high dollar stuff. Im all for saving that cash.
I might just get that Wally World Juicer for the truck, and then get a high end one for home unless you guys dont think there is any difference except money.

Check out the movie Forks Over Knives sometime. Its an eye opener. Our bodies dont need 99% of the animal protein they receive. By the time that food actually reaches our mouths its been so processed its garbage anyways. Any beneficial proteins are long dead, and have been replaced by empty calorie sugar and oils. Besides the fact we don't expend enough energy to need any of it. A soldier in boot camp "may" need to eat like we do, maybe. But a trucker sitting in a chair for 10 hours a day, hell no.
Personally I dont know if I can do this. I am a meat eater, and have been so my entire life. But, watching Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, and then Forks Over Knives has made me realize everything we were taught about food. Everything I was told when I was in grade school is wrong, and its deadly wrong.
The part about the Nazi's in WW2 and the people of Norway had me slack jawed and questioning everything I have ever been taught about food.
During WW2 the Nazis came into Norway and took away the peoples livestock to feed their troops. No dairy or meat. During this 5 year period the rate of cancer, diabetes, heart disease blah blah blah took a nose dive. These diseases became nearly non existent. After the war and the nazis left things went back to normal. The rates of cancer, heart disease, etc etc. went straight back up for the people of Norway. The graph they showed went straight down, and then straight back up, I was floored! Apparently this information is currently on display in a museum at the Danish Resistance Museum in Copenhagen. They say its the healthiest the Danes have ever been.
In China they dont eat meat like we do. A typical family dinner they would use only one steak and it would be cut up and divided to an entire family. The bulk of their meals are rice and veggies, with just a small intake of meat. Heart disease there is nearly non existent compared to here. Same with their cancer rates, they just arent sick like we are.
When those some people from China (with no family history of heart disease) come here they adapt to our life styles and get sick, just like we do.
I personally have long suspected dairy as being a bad thing for us. Watching these movies has confirmed my suspicious. And thats just natural dairy, factor in the hormones and other chemicals the animals receive, and its just OMG what am I doing to myself. For me, cheese is going to be very VERY hard to stop eating.
We have perfected food, and its killing us.

kansas i have seen both for quicker weight drop i have went with juicing. which also gives you more nutrients. After juiccing possibly up to 90 days i will do mostly forks over knives. My goal lose 100 ponds lose blood pressure pil and chlorestorol pill i also have hperthyroid but this i hope will change but doubt it will.
So all in all i will do 85% vegetables and fruits 15% everything else. I will still juice a meal or 2
