Has anyone come up with Ideas to make our trucks more Health friendly.

Any type of exercise equipment that works well enough to be in the truck??

Any appliances that can help you stick to your diet plans??

Any remodeling efforts that help you maintain a change to be healthier.

I am just looking for Ideas any Ideas that will help me to change my ways and become more health conscious, thats all.

something I did not think of in the earlier post....

while at my mothers house, I noticed her mini stepper, it is like 18x18x10tall....it looks super constructed with stainless, and the fastners, hardware and counter seem to be A-1 construction.

WOuld easily stow away, and with multiple resistance settings could really give you a good workout.

Walk, the best form of exercise there is. Don't park in the front row and walk 10 feet and expect that to be a work out. Take a long walk it is great for a cardiovascular workout. In all honesty you don't really need a lot of exercise equipment. I had exercise bands and 5 lb weights. I could do situps in the bunk. :biggrin_25520:
