There are quite a few of us that take our bicycles along. There's even a Facebook group "Truckers with bicycles"

Get a yoga mat and do crunches and push ups. Then walk/jog for 30 min.

As i sit on the bed i put my hands on the bed then i stretch my legs and do (3 to 4 sets of 30 or more) reverse push up. This exercise is good for triceps back and chest, i also have some weights to exercise my arms, and i walk as much as i can. But it doesn't matter how much we exercise, in order to keep fit we need to watch what we eat too.

I take along some dumbbells with me most of the time and the variety of exercise are up to you.

I can do curls, triceps extensions, shoulder press, dumbbell rows, squats, calve raises, hammer curls just to name a few.

most importantly it's whatever you will do. i would taper off on finding a Gym, or using weights.... i would mean well and start butafter awhile i'd slack since it's not convienant or i lose interest. It's what you are into that matters.... i like riding a bicycle, so i'm motavated to do that, and more likely to ride when i don't want to but feel i should. Same as someone that does weights, goes to gym, runs, etc

I have some of those bowflex adjustable dumbbells. I'm thinking about bringing those on the road sometime if I can find somewhere to put them
